A twisting climbing tropical bean, also known as the Goa Bean, but should be described at the ‘Go-er Bean’ because it so incredibly useful in the garden and tasty the kitchen. The pods immature can be eaten raw or cooked. The leaves used as leaf vegetables, dried beans roasted and eaten like peanuts, or used ins oups, roots eaten raw or cooked, flowers in salads or steamed. As a nitrogen fixer, what you don’t eat, return to soil or compost.
