A fast growing reliable, twiner with its leaves and young stems used as spinach or silverbeet.
SPINACH – Japanese
Sweet variety of English spinach. It is an annual prickly seeded variety with lobed leaves and more cold and heat tolerant than traditional smooth seeded varieties. This delicious fast growing spinach doesn’t leave the unpleasant after effects on teeth like Silverbeet.

Basella alba 'rubra'
Quick growing Asian vine with its leaves and red coloured young stems used as spinach or silverbeet.
SUNFLOWER – Geraldton Giant
Drought tolerant oil variety, best on poor soils , they can grow to 2.5m tall with masses of small headed flowers. During hot summers they cast a wonderful shade in vegetable gardens and serve as good decoys for pink and grey galahs. Chickens love eating the oily seeds.
TOMATILLO – Grande Verde
An annual plant growing to 0.5m with lobed fruit encased in jackets similar to Cape Gooseberries. The 30mm fruit berry is harvested when soft. Eaten cooked with tomatoes and is the original ‘taco’ flavour.
TOMATO – Black Krim
This large tomato is one of the beefhearts. These unusual shaped tomatoes are called the ‘crinklelies’. Their flesh is a maroon-purple colour and meaty texture with a tasty flavour. The vine is vigorous and needs staking.
TOMATO – Black Russian
A staking vine bearing round 60mm chocolate-brown fruit when ripe.
This variety was revived from some old seed found in the East Gippsland Organic Association Seedbank. This is a rare heirloom variety of salad tomato.

Purchases of seed packets collected by person from our farm do not include a postage and handling charge
Seeds per Packet
The number of seeds per packet is displayed next to the varieties' SKU code.
We look to provide enough for gardeners for a number of seasons. Some seeds are very small and are hand counted rather than weighed, and some variation in actual seeds per packet may occur.
We do not accept credit card payments. We accept payment for on-line orders through Direct Deposit or Cheque/Money Order.
Upon receipt of your order we will confirm that we have stocks to meet your order and provide you with Direct Deposit details.
For local pickup orders we have eftpos facilities.
We do not accept bulk orders due the limitations of the size of our gardens where we grow and save our seeds.
Some seeds may have limits in regards to the number of packets you can purchase.
This is dependent on our current stock and what we are currently growing in our gardens. We will confirm quantities upon receipt of your order.
