Description
Profusely flowering mallee tree from distinctive long bud cap. Yellow to creamy-white flowers in late spring. Rough, ribbony bark on lower trunk to smooth coppery bark on limbs.
Naturally grows on limestone soils, red sands and laterites in in our Midwest and Gascoyne region and could be used a wind- break tree, showy mallee and bee forage plant in your property.
Can grow to up to 5 metres tall but usually averages around 3 metres tall and wide.
