Rock Fig 'Yardie Creek'


Hardy native fig found sinking their roots deep in rocky coastal outcrops and along creek lines in WA and northern Australia.

Fire retardant and bird food, it grows compact on rocky limestone soils but taller on richer soils.

Suitable as an ornamental tree or bonsai in a pot Avoid planting near water pipes and irrigation.

Size: 1-8m x 1-8m
Soil: Rocky limestone and free draining sands
Fertiliser: Unnecessary
Water: Twice weekly in dry periods and after established
