Sow Spring/Summer.

Subtropical variety that prefers a warm north-facing location in winter. Seed will take 2-4 weeks to germinate @ 25 degrees. Large round pink/purple skinned fruit on a vigorous productive vine producing through winter in Geraldton. Excellent flavoured pulp. Allow skin to wrinkle slightly to attain full sweetness. Will grow better if protected from strong winds. In hot, dry summer regions it grows better along fences rather than overhead trellis.
