Hardy local native with an abundance of delightful deep red and yellow (bacon and egg) pea flowers during Winter and Spring.

Excellent small garden specimen. Grown in clumps produce a striking flower display.

Small prickles on plant useful to discourage unwanted foot traffic.

Suitable for sandy and sandy clay soils, inlcuding alkaline coastal sands.
