Large rounded South African tree which makes a great rain shelter, shade tree, street tree and visual screen due to its dense canopy of foliage.

Dark and glossy evergreen sickle shaped leaves.

White flowers and small clusters of oval fruit ripen to a rich purple, and can be made into a delicious conserve or jelly.
