The Giant variety is a traditional tall climbing snowpea with sweet pods that can be eaten whole or shelled and enjoyed raw.

Chinese Pink is a heavy bearing snowpea variety with delicate pink flowers producing sweet pods when young, or shelled peas later in the season. Sprouted dried peas make excellent salad sprouts.
