LABLAB BEAN – Seven Year – Highworth

Strong summer grower and a wind tolerant climber. Young tender pods & immature seeds are eaten as a fresh bean. Leaves are eaten fresh or dried, as spinach. The delicious flowers are best eaten raw in salads. Do not eat mature seeds! Cyanide is present in the seed coat.

LEEK – Perennial Bunching

Produces a large mother leek that can be harvested leaving the surrounding smaller leeks to mature and harvest as needed. Leeks may be divided and you’ll have an on-going leek supply.

LETTUCE – Brown Romaine

A frilly open leaved lettuce with glossy brownish-red leaves. It has a crisp texture and a good flavour with a hint of sweetness.
This is a cos lettuce, the leaves can be picked as needed.

Ruffled loose leaf lettuce with lime green leaves and freckles. Ideal for salads.

A spectacular golden oak-leaved type lettuce.
The leaves can be picked as needed. In Geraldton is best grown in part shade for best flavour. Good companion with onions and beans.

LETTUCE – Light Green Wavy Leaf

A sweet lettuce with lovely lime green leaves. Leaves can be individually harvested from the base of the plant providing an on-going lettuce supply. Our fastest growing lettuce.

A vigorous late seeding French Red Lettuce with an oak leaf shaped deep purple and green leaves. The outer leaves can be regularly picked and eaten after 6 weeks from sowing.

Upright growing, ear-shaped, open hearted leaved plant. This is a cos lettuce that can have it’s leaves picked as needed.
Delicious sweet variety that produces over the Winter and spring months. Good companion with onions and beans.

Heat tolerant, traditional middle eastern and northern african leafy vegetable used in Molokhiya soup and stew dishes.

MELON – Minnesota Midget Rockmelon

Vigorous bushy plant rather than a running vine. Fruit have a delicious balanced flavour. Fruit are 100-125mm round with deep orange flesh. They are suitable for one person, one meal.

Postage
All orders under 100 packets are delivered by Australia Post.Â
Orders within Western Australia have the option of Parcel Post, or Express Post.Â
Local pick up from our farm here in Geraldton is also available.
Orders outside of Western Australia, when we have adequate stock are dispatched by Express Post.Â
Postage and handling are calculated at checkout.
For order over 100 packets - postage will be confirmed upon confirmation email of your order.
Postage and handling will not be charged for local pickups.
Seed Orders with plants or honey can only be picked up locally.
Seeds per Packet
The number of seeds per packet is displayed next to the varieties' SKU code.
We look to provide enough for gardeners for a number of seasons. Some seeds are very small and are hand counted rather than weighed, and some variation in actual seeds per packet may occur.
Pay Options
We accept payment for on-line orders through Direct Deposit or Cheque/Money Order.
Sorry we do not accept on-line credit card payments.
Upon receipt of your order we will confirm that we have stocks to meet your order and provide you with payment details.
For local pickup orders we have eftpos facilities.
Bulk Orders
We do not accept bulk orders due the limitations of the size of our gardens.Â
Some varieties may have limits in regards to the number of packets you can purchase.
This is dependent on our current stock and what we are currently growing/harvesting in our gardens.
We will confirm quantities upon receipt of your order.
