MUSTARD LETTUCE – Mizuna

Limit:Â One packet per order
MUSTARD LETTUCE – Thai Oyster

Grown for it’s tender, crisp, oyster shaped heart and leaves which are best cooked in stir fries. Cool night temperatures are best for heading. Full sun during winter is best as the high light intensity encourages tight heading.

MUSTARD LETTUCE – Wasabi Kale

Annual frilly leaf mustard green with a flavour very similar to wasabi.

OKRA – Lady’s Finger

A summer annual, keep well watered and fertilised. Harvest fruit when young before turning woody. Can be sliced and fried, good in tomato-based recipes.

ONION – Hebrew Brown

Brown skinned onion with good keeping qualities. Best sown in a tray covered with ~5mm soil. Transplant seedlings when stems 3-6mm thick and only cover up to the small white part of the stem with soil. Onion varieties grown at the same time will cross.

PEA – Japanese and Oregami

Two varieties of productive pea varieties for smaller gardens requiring lower supporting trellis.

PEA – Medusa

Medusa is an excellent shelled pea growing to one meter high. This pea is a stable cross developed for it mildew resistance. It has few leaves and many tendrils hence it likeness to Medusa. This white flowering variety typically contains six green seeds per pod.

PUMPKIN – Sweet Gramma

Remember that delicious pumpkin pie Grandma used to make? Well, this is one of the gramma (butternut) varieties used. It has an extremely sweet yellow flesh and also makes a nice sweet curry. A large vigorous climber it needs lots of fertilizer and moisture during its growing season. Pick when stalk dries. Good keeper.

RADISH – Rat Tail

Quick growing, productive asian vegetable grown for its peppery tasting seed pods.
Limit:Â One packet per order
SNAKE BEAN – Black Seeded

Sometimes called Asparagus Pea or Yard Long Bean. This variety is shade and heat tolerant, but not cold tolerant.Bean pods up to 500mm should be regularly harvested when young and tender. It can be eaten as a fresh or dried bean.

Postage
All orders under 100 packets are delivered by Australia Post.Â
Orders within Western Australia have the option of Parcel Post, or Express Post.Â
Local pick up from our farm here in Geraldton is also available.
Orders outside of Western Australia, when we have adequate stock are dispatched by Express Post.Â
Postage and handling are calculated at checkout.
For order over 100 packets - postage will be confirmed upon confirmation email of your order.
Postage and handling will not be charged for local pickups.
Seed Orders with plants or honey can only be picked up locally.
Seeds per Packet
The number of seeds per packet is displayed next to the varieties' SKU code.
We look to provide enough for gardeners for a number of seasons. Some seeds are very small and are hand counted rather than weighed, and some variation in actual seeds per packet may occur.
Pay Options
We accept payment for on-line orders through Direct Deposit or Cheque/Money Order.
Sorry we do not accept on-line credit card payments.
Upon receipt of your order we will confirm that we have stocks to meet your order and provide you with payment details.
For local pickup orders we have eftpos facilities.
Bulk Orders
We do not accept bulk orders due the limitations of the size of our gardens.Â
Some varieties may have limits in regards to the number of packets you can purchase.
This is dependent on our current stock and what we are currently growing/harvesting in our gardens.
We will confirm quantities upon receipt of your order.
