Vigorous and hardy climbing native from our northern Australian coastlines with pink-mauve flowers in Spring and Summer. It has performed well over our Geraldton summer with regular watering. Notable for its proliferate production of seed pods useful as a green manure. Only very young pods are traditionally consumed. Mature pods and seeds should not be eaten.
Alkaline tolerant, and suitable as quick growing screening plant and sprawling groundcover for a full sun to part shady spot with free draining, sandy soils.
